Nitro District

Nitro District knows exactly what it is: quick, loud, and easy to pick up. You steer with one thumb and drift by holding a tilt, and the boost you build from clean corners is what separates a decent run from a great one.

Tracks are short, which is a plus on mobile. I could squeeze in three races on a bus ride. The car handling has real weight to it, so mastering a circuit actually feels earned rather than random.

It runs out of ideas a little past the halfway point, but as a pure pick-up-and-play racer it does the job better than most.
