Harbor Baron

Harbor Baron puts you in charge of a growing port, and the joy is in the logistics. Ships arrive, cargo piles up, and you're constantly deciding what to unload first before the queue backs up.

It starts gentle and gets pleasantly overwhelming. Around the third harbour I finally had to plan crane rotations properly instead of winging it. The tutorial could be clearer, but the systems reward patience.

There's a soft economy loop that keeps you upgrading, and the whole thing plays fine in landscape on a phone.
